Amaryllis

We had a mild frost last night and the day dawned with a bit of sunlight, but sadly it got a bit dreich in the afternoon.  

We food shopped in the morning, and had a good walk in the afternoon, although it was dull and dismal out.

My amaryllis has flowered at last, beautiful colour, very long stalk which is quite ungainly looking, but the flower makes up for that.  Thought it was suitable for Flower Friday.
