Gija Jumulu

I met my mum crazy early in the city this morning to get my suitcase and then headed over to King's Park to do some blipping. I think this is my favourite shot.

Because, I'm a terrible tourist, I didn't read any of the signage while I was in the park, but I just Googled this tree and found this. It's actually quite interesting- these trees are only native to the north of our state and this one was actually driven all the way from the Kimberley in 2008. There are some cool photos of the tree on the road. Check it out. :-)
