I needed to go into town today and managed 5K steps without the walker :-) total after today's game 7.5 K , not done that many for a good while.
Came back home to roast lamb done ny my daughter , very yummy :-)
For those that follow rugby a big argument has started about tackling  next year .  To reduce injuries . The feeling is the new rule might cause more due to only the legs can be targeted and players getting boots in their face . I hope they governing body re-considers and makes it nothing above the hips, this will keep everyone happy .
