The Gearagh

Geoff is around this weekend staying a night or two. He'd asked if we'd meet him at The Gearagh near Macroom to do some bird watching there. It's a wildlife reserve, lakes, reeds, birds and a submerged glacial woodland which makes some really beautiful shapes in the water. He didn't manage to see the bittern or the penduline tits he was on the lookout for, but it was lovely there for an hour or two. A few extras.
