Baking Day!

Yesterday I had a baking day.

With the family visiting tomorrow (today as I’m back blipping) I thought I’d get some treats ready.

I’ve made the mince pie Bakewell tart which I’ve been wanting to make for Mum for a while now.

I made vegan cookie dough brownies with Grace and Sophia in mind and regular cookie dough brownies for the kids.

The cookie dough brownies have brownie then a layer of raw cookie dough,and then ganache on top. The vegan one is the same just a vegan variation of each.

The cake order went down well, and with this weekends baking I’ve got lots of content for my social media accounts!

Now to hope the family enjoy these goodies!
