Big Garden Bird Watch

I took part in the UK's Big Garden Bird Watch this morning. Apart from visitors to the newly painted bird house and a few crows and wood pigeons, there weren't a huge number of species in the allotted hour. The robins and juvenile blackbirds were the most frequent visitors to the bird house restaurant.
On another dull damp day, there are still plenty of indoor chores to undertake, but the bird watch was a good diversion!
