Old and new.
The old church was no longer popular with the community. The number of visitors is decreasing in all faith communities. So then it is to demolish or do something useful with it.
The municipality has decided to remove part of the aft part of the church and build a modern part against it. It doesn't look like much, but the local residents now use the community center more than they used to from the church.
There is a hall and drinks can be enjoyed. Groups and events can take place. So a win win situation.
