Warmth and Light Indoors

Today it's pouring down with rain again so I decided to make a little corner of warmth and colour in my living room.

It's strange how just having a colourful lamp as a focus makes everything seem better. I can remember in particular one period of time when I was really busy, doing a highly stressful job that I hated, and running round all the time. I used to look at lighted windows sometimes as I passed by, wishing I was safely behind one of them...
Well, now I am :-)
