Elizabeth and I came home today, although four of our group were staying another night, and we squeezed in another walk before leaving Snowdonia. We parked in Betws y Coed, walked along the river a while before crossing the road into the forest. It's nice when the weather's okay on a Sunday and a last walk can be had.

We got back to Derby two hours before Elizabeth's train to Sheffield was due, so we had a cuppa at my house so she could see where I live before I drove her to the station. She says she's totally lost her driving confidence since covid, which is a shame.
