This was all I got today.  

I cancelled my 6.30am spin class at 4am.  I couldn't face it, I just needed a bit of a lie in.  I still had a bit of a scramble to get to Burton for a 10.10am dentist check up.  Annoyingly, I had to wait for 40 minutes.  I had a quick mooch in the shops but didn't buy anything and was home for 12.00. 

I took a load of stuff to the charity shop in Allestree.  I'd taken them to the unsuccessful boot sale in December and was going to put on ebay or marketplace but haven't got round to it so far.   I do have some stuff on both platforms but nothing is selling.  Maybe some people are doing better at No-spend January than me?
