Yarmouth Pier
I met a friend in Yarmouth after visiting a local tip where we were able to offload a large number of cardboard boxes! It was windy in Yarmouth and the Pier was empty. The Pier was opened in 1876 and became Grade II listed in 1975 because of its wooden construction. It apparently cost £4000 to build and is 700 feet long. The Roundhouse Museum is the hut at the end.
We had a good lunch in a local pub and caught up on all the news.
