Down the pan

Well hopefully fixing temporarily loo but frustrated by leaky rusting previous bad repairs. Things were looking up but then down when a leak was revealed.
Appropriate for today's monoMonday theme.
Pleasant out in the sunshine around the garden.
Builder took advantage of the good weather to be elsewhere.
