It's cold up there

I was getting breakfast when Mr Rat asked if I'd seen the clouds, so out came the camera.
Shortly after they were gone and I was on my way to pick up my son so he could have the car to do a pastoral visit in St Andrews, his wife having theirs at work. He dropped me off at the Keepfit (the instructor had devised new tortures exercises for us today) and afterwards I ran home in the sleet.
He returned at lunch time, so had some lunch with me, and I then took him back to Carnoustie.
I got my old knitting machine out of the loft and am trying to use up some wool with it but haven't quite got the knack back. I think it's partly it's a bit stiff from not being used so I'll persevere.
