Good book...

Soraya's bedtime is 8.30 so I'm hoping by 8.35 I'll be sitting down to finish this book with a cuppa and a caramac!
I'm fascinated with Saudia Arabia - its laws, their royal dynasty and the treatment of women in this modern yet backward country. A lot of people are unaware that there are many same sex relationships in this country as women and men seek tenderness and intimacy from the same sex in a land where love is seemingly forbidden.
Maybe one day the country will recognise women as equal and lighten up on their laws. Until then,I'm eternally grateful I can walk down the street holding my husbands hand ?
