Unlucky for Some

We returned the camper to the storage facility this morning, after a change of plan. When we first visited the place to sort out our spot we were offered position number 13. The owner asked us if we were superstitious at all, and we said not, but he decided to re-number the space as 12a anyway.
We should have been in France today but have postponed our trip indefinitely because poor Bramble’s tail has taken a turn for the worse. Over the last few days it has started to die off, from the tip upwards. The end few centimetres now resemble a small black wizened twig. So on Friday she is having surgery to remove about half of it, which, whilst it’s great to be getting it sorted out, we’re really not looking forward to.the whole thing.
