On my doorstep

This building is at the bottom of our road. It's the pumping station. As Fletch and I strolled by on our 'teatime walk' . For the first I noticed the covers over the windows. 
 A lot more interesting than plain security bars. I wonder if they thought that depicting children it would deter them from throwing something at the windows . Certainly looks better.
