Let them eat cake!

An evening of baking! After another busy day at work I spent the evening baking cakes for the weekend. Very relaxing!
We are off to a 60th birthday party up north over the weekend and everybody is making a contribution to the meal. For me it is desserts: carrot cake with a Terry Chocolate Orange icing, a no bake chocolate cake and tomorrow I am making Brambly Apple Trifle.
