Site clearing

Early afternoon walk around a few blocks. This is the Dundas Street redevelopment site. The big pond has had some drainage done, and the enormous volume of concrete is being moved and sorted .. years of work yet to do. Plan .

My brother came in to visit in the late morning; he's having his house rebuilt round him and not enjoying the experience much. 

Candlemas Day was very mixed. A little sunshine, a heavy shower, a stiff wind. The rhyme my mother quoted was 

If Candlemas Day be dry and fair, 
Half  the winter's to come and mair; 
If Candlemas Day be wet and foul, 
Half o the winter's gane by at Yule
