alien?

i found this "creature" on the beach.
i can't say what it is.
it was about 100 cm tall.
it seemed that it had both beak and fishtail.
the colour was kind of orange, as seen in the pic.
in the crater made by not so sensitive animals i could see ribs as from a sheep.

i have heard that the scientologic "church"(?) has established in a village close to the place were i found it.
so, until i know better, i will call it an fundamentalistic alien!
