There was a mix up with my room service last night as they forgot to submit my order. Once it was sorted the hotel let me know my meal would be for free.

Having been happy with the result of a free meal I hadn't expected to have an anxious waitress come over to me this morning as I ate breakfast to say sorry as it was she that made the mistake. It was no problem, these mistakes happen I told her.

Off I went to work. Then I arrived back to my room to find a handwritten apology letter from the front of house manager.

I think they are sorry... :-)
