The Wheel of Misfortune

R is down from Edinburgh for the weekend. Here we are exploring the Copper Mines Valley above Coniston.  In 1850 Tom Millican was working on the giant water wheel that used to be here.  He'd operated it for 13 years so knew what he was doing but did not respond to a shout from below to stop the pumps that turn the wheel. He was found mangled and dead in the wheel pit you can see in front of you. No-one knows what happened. The Blip title is from the information board here. 
Also in the picture R is clambering up the slope to the peak top left to find a geocache which he failed to find because he didn't go high enough.  There is a pin prick orange rucksack if you know where to look
