Yesterday evening, I had an SOS from Younger Son - he had a puncture. When you only have 2 wheels and have a screw stuck in one of them, it's probably best not to ride the 8 miles home after finishing work at 10pm. Mum's taxi did the trick last night and again this morning as he had to get back to work. I brought him over early, we pumped up the tyre and YS rode it to a garage where they'll repair or replace the tyre on Monday. It's especially annoying as the scooter is only 10 months old so the tyre is (otherwise) in good nick.
