The Cable Car

A day out in London. We were going to drive to Amersham and then take the underground in but the Metropolitan line wasn't running today so instead, we drove and parked at Canary Wharf. It was then one stop along the Jubilee line to North Greenwich where we met up with Immy and boyfriend Ollie. 

We grabbed some lunch and then took the recently rebranded IFS Cloud Cable Car (previously known as the Emirates Airway) to Royal Docks (where the blip was taken). We had a wander around and then took the cable car back to North Greenwich (first extra is a view from the cable car). 

We did a full lap around the outside of the O2 arena taking in the views and various bit of artwork and then did a lap inside the arena (Immy and Ollie hadn't been previously) before settling down for some dinner. We then popped back on the underground to Canary Wharf (obligatory photo from the walk to Crossrail Place, second extra) for the drive home. A lovely day out.
