Winter trees

I went for a walk with B this morning, while Ro went to the girls’ football.  So I took a few photos! Then arriving home Ro wanted to find his favourite packet soup so we set off on a supermarket hunt! My left leg was painful and seemed to get worse as we went.  Not a good idea after so many days of not doing much walking to suddenly do so much more! 

Home and I’ve put a bandage on the knee but maybe too tight.  It doesn’t seem to be getting better.  Going up and down stairs I have to keep remembering : good leg up first, bad leg down first”
