Signs of Spring

We got out of the house on Sunday. It's been such a long week and fresh air felt so nice.

We went to RHS Wisley and took a walk in the sunshine. Daffodils and snowdrops lining the paths. Hellebores and Camellias starting to show. I attached a photo of Linc and I at the top of a mound where we could see for miles and the light was crisp and golden. 

After Wisley, we went to the airport and rode the airport pods back and forth a few times like a fairground ride. Linc loves airports, airplanes and travelling, so this was bliss to him. 

It's hard coming home and not having Beta excitedly run up to us with her tiny crooked tail wagging. It's been a week now and time is slowly helping ease the pain. Just trying to appreciate it all and move forward with gratitude. Feels like the only thing I can do.
