New Washing Machine

Our old washing machine packed up on Friday and we managed to get a new one delivered today. My golfing mate helped me to plumb it in and get it sorted. The only trouble is that the hinges for the unit door are further apart. I need to find a carpenter to alter the door. Why is nothing ever simple?
