Camellia

It was another bright and beautiful day, and, wrapping up well, I did some tidying up in the garden. I am not out there very long before I have pain in my leg, left over from when I slipped down the stairs two years ago. But now I have help in the garden, so I just need to potter.
The beautiful camellia flower is way ahead of the others, even those on the same bush. It seems to have survived the cold weather. The bush was a gift from son J on Mothering Sunday last year.
