More Spring Has Sprung

On my walk with the dogs this morning, the crocus were taking quite a hammering from what I think were flocks Chaffinches. Later having just received written confirmation of next weeks review with the Neurosurgeon, I received a phone call saying it was not possible after all. I was relieved that they were able to offer a time on the following day, so not to bad.
Managed do one more apple tree (one of the large ones) with pole pruner. Very tiring so still have to pick up the prunings they will have to wait for another day!
