Bulbs coming up in my friend's yard

Is it spring yet? I'm tired of being cold. I semi-cleaned out my file cabinets today and made new files for 2023. It's one of those annual New Year chores, and it took almost all day for some reason, but it's done. More or less. I obviously don't go into my file cabinets very often because the dust gave me sneezes and dry mouth. Oh well,
