Hello Hellebore

A walk round the park. The millennium garden was open and there were a few hellebore. A lovely colour. 

A nice Stoll then ip to Furness General. Finally, the GP surgery had sent the referral, though the consultant had been given info that I'd sinus problems rather than ears. 
He was very pleasant and very thorough, which meant besides checking my ears he wanted to check my sinuses were ok which meant a tiny camera up my nose! He was gentle so it didnt hurt 
More tests are due and I left with another nasal spray ( previous 2 havent helped, ) and ear drops which means M will have to administer . 

Hope to Fletch who greeted my like I'd left him for a week
