Sunshine

Up to London for another counselling session. All good, especially the tea and biscuits.
I don't understand why, when it's very cold, public buildings and transport have the heating turned up. Don't the powers that be realise we are dressed in warm clothes and the excessive heat is a waste? I haven't seen so many open windows since last summer.
