What a day!

Baking sponge for Victoria Cake at 5 am with total failure! It got burned and dry somehow :(
Long and challenging day at work, again.
Rush to get stuff before Pottery class, picked up balloons and all ready for tomorrow’s celebrations.
Learnt new thing with white earthenware clay using coiling technique, managed to create half of the vase, more to come after half term.
And to finish the day managed to bake sponges with no defects and ready for tomorrows assembly .

Yes my daughter is 18 and I’m planning to have a great time just enjoying her happiness:)
