Nature Diary... On The Moor #10

The cattle were a joy to behold. Looking to be in superb condition they were meandering amicably about in large field with plenty of food laid out for them in their purpose built feeding stations. We stood for an age just watching them and taking photographs before we had a lovely long walk over the pathways we used to walk along before Covid screwed everything up. Still, today the sun shone, the sky was blue, there was no wind and, for one day at least, all was well... for a few hours anyway.

A technical malfunction on the part of my old-non-technical brain caused me to delete it in error :-O ...but many hours later it lives here again I'm delighted to say!)
