Baked Custard Tart!

Our 13-year old daughter, Danielle, made an absolutely delicious Baked Custard Tart at school today. You just don't see it much these days and it took me right back to my childhood when mum used to serve it up quite regularly. By the way, I didn't eat all of the bit that's missing - my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law helped out too!

Having omitted something to give it some scale, for the record it's 10" (25.5cm) in diameter, so plenty more portions I'm pleased to say.
