Flower Friday ..Carnation

A mass of white carnation frothiness  from last week flowers, which are still looking good....thanks Bikerbear:)
Local book group  meeting at the library this afternoon, a good discussion and a book for next month...The Rules of Magic by Alice Hoffman.  I've not read anything by her before, so I'm looking forward to it, I hope it's cheerful and positive.
The pictures coming from Turkey are so distressing and I've responded to the appeal on tv yesterday. We have so much while thousands have lost everything ...just tragic :((
