The 500

I now have a digital measuring device so I know when I’ve exactly the correct amount of flour rather than guesstimating with the old set of scales. Unfortunately it didn’t make the butteries taste any better but at least I know where I went wrong so next time they’ll be more like a proper buttery than a scone.

Also making garlic soup again tonight in the ongoing war against the lurgy.
