A walk in the park

After visiting the ENT dept on Monday I'd another appointment  today at the dentist . My back molar broke. .. a lot. I phoned the dentist this morning and got an emergency appointment  before 10 am.. I'm  lucky we have this dentist  to go to. 
He put in an emergency filling and I'll have to go back in a couple of weeks when hell try to rebuild the tooth. I'm a bit depressed about it  but I'm also lucky I got to see him straight away. Soft food and slow eating in the other side of my mouth for the next 12 days.
The drive back was slow as there was yet another ' abnormally large load en route to BAE  with a police escort . 
Fletch was glad to see me. 
We walked up to the park and had a long meandering walk which was very relaxing. Just what I needed.
Another mild still day.
