I’VE STARTED…

…SO I FINISHED.
we look rather red in the finishers photo compared with the start.
I beat my time by 4 mins…1 hour 2 mins for my second 5K park walk. This time T joined me….her pace was amazing considering she has lots of metal in her legs and feet after a horrendous car accident years ago. The Rev also run well and came back to join us for the last km.

Didn’t do much else today….except go for a massage…lovely treat. Thanks Rev x

We now have the job of dog sitting J’s bear of a dog!!!
