Local watering hole.

The Victor Hugo bar in Lassay has an interesting vibe. From the pet rabbit hopping around amongst the punters to the elephant theme and a poster of Jimi Hendrix it is difficult to know what is happening. The bar man and owner chats happily to the clientele. For him each night is a house party. Ian and I called in for a drink after working all day on the tree house. The photo is of a corner of the bar where we sat at a walnut table to drink our Kronenberg. It gives one a small insite into the excentric themes.
Grateful for good progress on the tree house, good food and a time to relax and rub shoulders with the locals at the Victor Hugo.
