Neighbourhood Watch

I have made a pig's ear out of this blip.  Out walking this morning I took a photo of the sign on the left and then remembered I had taken one in 2011which had been replaced and is on the right.  Look how the people have changed, much more youthful and modern and facing in different directions.  The older sign was discoloured when I photographed it.  They are the same people except perhaps the mother as she looks older in the original one.
