Constant Companions

Yesterday (Saturday) was a horrible day.

I spent yesterday morning between 3:30am & 8:30am thowing up.  Not only that but I had a fever and my entire body was in lots of pain - every joint just roared with pain. It was not conducive to sleeping.

I started drinking water - the only thing that would stay down -  I felt utterly miserable.

The nice Emergency Doctor came and gave me some tablets.

We'll not go into more details but it appears I have gastric flu.  

Went to be last night and failed utterly to get some sleep.  Constantly too hot, too cold, sneezing attacks and a hefty cough.  It was a miserable night.  I'm completely exhausted.
