Still lovely...

...in the mist.

Today I have been doing pre-travel reading, a dense book on the Carretera Austral, a road which spans more than 1,270 km through rural Patagonia in southern Chile. We will be travelling this road in a camper van and hiking along the way in the numerous national parks and other wild areas.

Only two more sleeps, as the grandchildren say. And I couldn't possibly pack or re-pack the backpacks one more time!
