Neighbour

We had an estate agent come and give us a valuation on our flat today.  Pleasantly surprised that it was at the top end of what we hoped was possible.  Tim booked another to come and give us another valuation tomorrow, too - so we're trying not to get too excited in the meantime.

I spotted this very healthy looking fox out the window this afternoon - chuffed that it was still there when I came back with my camera so I could manage to get a few shots.

Busy work day, but I did pop out briefly later on to post a couple of cards, and for a quick walk round the block - then back to carry on working until nearly 7pm.  Then cooked up a big stir fry for Tim and me.
