Light on the Land

A sculpture by Howard Tuffery. 
We missed the worst of the cyclone. We had wind up to 120kph and some heavy rain. Not much damage just a few trees down, I slept through it all. Not so in the north and on the east coast where the cyclone was centred. There has been  a lot of damage to houses and infrastructure caused by flooding, landslides and high winds
Here today there was a strong southerly wind no different than that which we usually get and it has completely died away by this evening
