The last pumpkin

From the Halloween decoration. It has a particularly thick and strong skin - very hard to cut open but it had preserved the content very very well.
And the taste was very mild so it got transformed into more Thai soup deliciously spiced according to Charente‘s recipe.
In Africa , I am sure, this would be cleaned out completely and then used as a pot to carry water …
It’s color was mainly grey but it turned orange in the microwave.
