Looking up

Happy Valentine's Day.
My card to K has yet to arrive and K's card to me has yet to arrive. Such is the problems of long-distance relationships and reliance on USPS and Royal Mail these days.
I went for a walk. It was warm and sunny and there was so much bird activity and sounds.
Once home I got changed and went for a run. I need to run more often. It's the only way it gets easier.
