The Lower Level....

....while the Sparrows argued above it at the feeder, this Blackbird was the clever one, knowing that some seed would spill from the feeder above, and fall right near where it stood.

With the Blackbirds size, the Sparrows couldn't easily argue,  and it would have first access to the fallen seed, and enjoy a nice lunch, which it did :-)
