Paradise

So fabulous out – like spring, maybe just a few degrees cooler! Seemed a pity not to take advantage. So after a washing machine load, rushed to the X1 bus.

Got off at Mudeford, and then headed to the ferry across to Mudeford Spit (ca.10mn ride). Lots of families around as it’s half term. Had a coffee at the Beach House, then continued along the beach, past the £1/2M beach huts, and then up to Hengistbury Head (blip taken from the path - looking down on those prized huts).

Surrounded by the most beautiful views on all sides – to Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford Spit, the Isle of Wight, the beach and ocean below, and over to Bournemouth.

Completed our day at a busy SOBO Beach Bar, where we enjoyed a cider and ‘dog-watched’. Started to feel colder, got home just in time.

Thanks to JensPhotos for today’s challenge ‘Looking Down’ (sorry posted on Tuesday, got the days wrong)
