Valentine's Day...

...and hardly a heart in sight. (Check the extra of the bakery though.)
As I mentioned in yesterday's blip, today started just after midnight with me working on my sourdough to get it to the stage where I could leave it in the cold while I went to bed. Jan woke me up at 09:15 and I put the oven on as soon as I was downstairs. My bake was successful (extra). While I was baking brambleblossom was outside taking her blip!
We did celebrate Valentine's a little over breakfast before heading out on a day of socialising and activity.
In Kramfors we met Lonny and Karin at the delightful NC cafe in Kramfors. The cafe is run by a family from Kurdistan, with two helpful daughters working front of house and mother and father cooking. The lunch food is great, as is the bakery section. Whenever I'm in Kramfors I try to drop in here. In the extra you see mother and daughter.
On from the cafe we walked along the beck that runs through Kramfors. Our walk finished on a bridge over a weir/waterfall and I took an extra looking directly down. I found the picture close to abstract but if you want to work it out the water flows from bottom of the picture to top and shows a fish ladder, waterfall, much ice, and even a wrecked bicycle, only recognisable from a pedal you can see.  As I took this picture Jan was taking the picture that was her main blip.
As the day came to an end we drove home along the Ångerman River, and viewed a lovely colourful sunset sky over the wide ice-covered river.
