Caught by dispersion

I don't know how to be able to get back to my creative work and not being totally spread doing one thing and the other. I have the perfect spot to work. But I find myself everyday doing many unfinished things. Does someone has a tric for me to be able to focus?
I need to work on my film, having a bunch of deadlines that I am missing and others to come I just don't focus.
